"A Generational Covenant"
"As for me, this is my covenant with them,", says the LORD. "My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their decendants from this time on and forever!" - Isaiah 59:21
Wrapped in the eternal mystery of GOD there are eternal Truths which shine with the clarity of burning gemstones. Amongst these, two stand clear. God does nothing in one generation and God does nothing except through Covenant. That the covenantal Nature of GOD is expressed generationally rings out again and again throughout the scriptures. In every Covenant GOD makes with Man He commands it to be kept from generation to generation. No man makes a Covenant with God that does not include his children's children's children.
We live in a society that pits generations against each other. We are amongst a people where each generation is incited to stand alone, as if they spring fresh made from the earth like a host of Adams and Eves. We are calling the people of GOD to recognize the generational nature of God's Covenant. We are calling for Sons and Daughters to turn to Fathers and Mothers. We are calling for Fathers and Mothers to turn to Sons and Daughters. In the Name of the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit, the generations of GOD, we are calling for a connection of the generations of Men. Please join us!
